Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch within 2 days.

We offer three flat rate shipping services:

1. UK - £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48

2. Europe - £15.95 via Royal Mail Tracked

3. Rest of World - £22.95 via Royal Mail Tracked

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays that are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that Soling.Curated cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes countries in the European Union. If the shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us and any return shipping or customs charges will be deducted from the refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist with a claim through courier.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. Any resolution will be subject to the courier's claims process.

Delivered Parcels

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
